8/29/2015 0 Comments Illustration Fridaythis is my illustration Friday. the theme word was People. first i wasn't sure what to draw, so i first started with drawing three people. i decided to draw a family showing them as a whole. the dad looks laid back, the mom is stern, and the little girl is happy thinking about getting a puppy. i drew it to show a family dynamic, showing the girl is going to try to convince her mother to get a puppy. the hardest part for me was thinking of a good idea. truthfully that was difficult for me, i don't feel like i can be very creative. so then i ended up with a family of three, showing there different parts as a whole. 8/29/2015 0 Comments Forced Perspectivemy group and i did a perspective photo. we went around campus looking around to see what we could use for forced perspective. we did the stairs, we had laurel stand under them with her arms up while Cassidy took the photo and positioned it just right so it looks like Laurel is holding up the stairs. the hard part was positioning the camera, you have to have it perfectly aligned. you can see where we slightly messed up with her right hand, her hand needs to be slightly to her right. overall, we didn't run into many problems. 8/27/2015 0 Comments Inspired Artist: Stefano CerioThis artist is a photographer. He takes pictures of abandoned amusement parks, his theme was representation. He would take pictures of fun places when it wasn't used and capture dark gray clouds, seeing the other side to the once colorful, fun place he chose to shoot. I like his work because he shows the reality of the world, that even things so happy and wonderful isn't always going to be that way, that there will be days when it will look drab. He speaks to me because I am a pretty negative person and in his way he is showing the negative side to fun, amusing places.
